Tiply aims to provide a tipping experience that is usable by the broadest possible audience. This page describes our current approach and how to report accessibility barriers.
1. Our commitment
We design Tiply with responsive layouts, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation and sufficient color contrast in mind. Accessibility is an ongoing process and we welcome feedback from anyone who encounters a barrier when using the service.
2. Reference standards
Tiply targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA, and aligns its practices with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) for the services it provides.
3. Known limitations
- Some data-dense dashboard tables are read-only in screen readers and are best used on a screen ≥ 640px wide.
- The Stripe Checkout and Stripe Connect flows follow Stripe's own accessibility profile, which we do not control.
- Certain decorative typography (Cormorant Garamond) is used for headings; all body text and interactive labels use a high-legibility sans-serif.
4. Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Tiply, please email accessibility@tiplyofficial.app with the page URL, the assistive technology you use, and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge reports within five business days.
